It is designed to help people connect with appropriate supports and brings together the latest information about therapeutic services in our area. All service information is regularly updated and free to download.

Focus: Tailored therapeutic programs to various ages, stages and cultural communities

Location: 11 sites throughout Inner and Outer Eastern Melbourne
Focus: Supporting people experiencing Gambling Harm through a minimisation strategy. Therapeutic Counsellors assist people manage their addiction and Financial Counsellors assist clients to get their finances back on track.

Eligibility Criteria: People who would like to explore and learn to manage physiological responses to trauma
Length: 10 sessions of 90 minutes

Focus: Helping the client to focus on the sensations in their body allows self regulation techniques that may include breathing, movement, creativity and self massage all whilst maintaining an awareness of their physiological responses in a safe an supported environment allows a confidence in ones own ability to manage and respond, not react to stimuli that may lead to a heightened state.
