It is designed to help people connect with appropriate supports and brings together the latest information about therapeutic services in our area. Eligibility Criteria: Aged 10 to 18 years if reside in the Inner East LGA or 15-23 years if reside in the Outer East Region

Location: Eastern Metropolitan Melbourne

Focus: To strengthen relationships and improve family functioning whilst also focusing on the evolving needs of the young person. The tem provides family therapy as well as individual counselling and support.
