It is designed to help people connect with appropriate supports and brings together the latest information about therapeutic services in our area. All service information is regularly updated and free to download.

Focus: Art making provides a way to express emotions, represent experiences and can uncover patterns of behaviour that might be keeping you stuck. The insight discovered can awaken the ability to make change, giving you the power to move forward in your life.
The qualified therapist will companion you along the way, holding a safe space for you to inquire and to discover your potential.

Focus: The After Hours Mental Health Nursing Service can help people experiencing mild mental health issues like anxiety, depression and grief by listening and helping with next steps
