The RFVP Therapeutic Hub is a free resource available to anyone looking for therapeutic services in the Eastern Metropolitan Region. It is designed to help people connect with appropriate supports and brings together the latest information about therapeutic services in our area. All service information is regularly updated and free to download.

Doncare & Anglicare - You Matter - Doncaster

Eligibility Criteria: People aged between 16-25 living in the East who have been experiencing mental health issues for 6+ months

Focus: Support in all the areas that help to improve mental health and wellbeing. Group programs available to all YORS participants.

EACH - Integrated Therapeutic Communty (ITC) - Eastern Metro

Eligibility Criteria: 12-month residential mental health support service for young people aged 16-25 years recovering from significant mental health conditions.

Focus: Youth mental health group programs customised to support needs and support recovery

Family Access Network - Talking with Pride - Box Hill

Organisation: Family Access Network (in partnership with Pathways to Resilience)

Eligibility Criteria: LGBTIQA+ young people aged 15-25 from Inner & Outer East Melbourne

Length: 1.5 hour sessions – 8 week program. Intake 4 times per year in line with school terms

Location: Box Hill area

Focus: Therapeutic support group for LGBTIQ+ young people – includes psychoeducation and therapeutic activities such as art therapy and mindfulness

TRAK Forward - Inner East

Organisation: Alliance – Anglicare, Drummond St, Relationships Matter

Eligibility Criteria: Adults with or without children; & children who reside in or with strong connection to Inner East – who have experienced family violence and moved through crisis and ready for therapeutic support

Location: Inner East (local government areas of Monash; Boroondara; Manningham & Whitehorse

Focus: One on one therapeutic work with victim survivors (both adult and children) to recover from the impact of family violence. Therapeutic groups with Doncare and EACH for women, primary school aged children, teens, and parent child groups. Co-design peer support group with Doncare and Lifecare for connection.
