The RFVP Therapeutic Hub is a free resource available to anyone looking for therapeutic services in the Eastern Metropolitan Region. It is designed to help people connect with appropriate supports and brings together the latest information about therapeutic services in our area. All service information is regularly updated and free to download.

Move Your Way

Focus: Move Your Way involves external providers who provide free physical activities for the community to book into. These activities emphasize use of outdoor spaces, and aim to improve the community’s participation in physical activities and to improve social connectedness, for both physical and mental health benefits.

Focus: Schizy Inc is one of the most established disability Lived Experience led arts organisations in Australia. Schizy Inc is lived/living experience led, managed and informed. Schizy Inc makes space in the arts for people with diverse and complex mental health.

Artist personal development, lived/living experience community, vocational pathways and improving arts diversity and inclusion.

Contemporary opportunities in visual arts, literature and the performing arts, with connected nature experiences.

Programs offered include dance, cabaret, stand up comedy, writing and more.

Upstage

Eligibility Criteria: People 18+ in Banyule with lived experience of diverse and complex mental health.

Length: Saturday afternoons from mid-Feb 2024

Location: Ivanhoe Library and Cultural Club

Focus: UpStage is a new project offering performing arts workshops and performance opportunities, for creative people 18+ in Banyule with lived experience of diverse and complex mental health. The interactive workshops with Heidi Everett, will explore contemporary concepts around mental health and lived experience through devised theatre and stand-up comedy.
